B2B Networking Event

Like you, we have attended many different networking groups in the Frederick, Hagerstown, and surrounding areas.  Something that seems to be lacking and somewhat frustrating is none of them target B2B (Business-to-Business) companies specifically.  

 

You've seen it... you go to a networking event or join a leads group, and the core group of industries represented are realtors, lenders, title companies, insurance, auto maintenance, etc... all targeting the B2C (Business-to-Consumer) market.  

 

You waste a lot of time and energy filtering through the various people at networking events to find the ones who have a company big enough to benefit from what you have to offer.

Networking = Relationships

At its core, networking is about creating relationships.

In business, we hope those relationships lead to customers and/or referrals to customers.  

 

The problem with most networking groups and referral networks (like BNI, Le Tip, etc.) is that most of the people have as their target market individual consumers.  They can't make very many connections to companies with 10 or more employees.  

 

This event, and perhaps a future networking group, is about creating connections with other people to create a referral network.  

 

Nothing like this exists in the Frederick-Hagerstown area, and maybe not even in DC or Baltimore.
